Even since the Middle Age sorcerers and healers would use colours to treat all kinds of
deseases. Nowadays, modern doctors admit the fact that colours have a strong impact on
human mind, and by this a strong impact on one’s health or mood.
Some colours stimulate the body’s biological activity while others slow it down. By knowing what each colour really does it is simple to change your life in a simple and also pleasant way.
So what colour should you choose?

RED This colour is associated vith energy and power, thus having a stimulating effect. It
can cure your sadness and it can fight the negative emotions. Red can stimulate the internalorgans and the muscle activity especially the feet. This colour increases blood pressure andactivates your breathing, giving a sensation of heat.
So bring red to your life! Try to wear something red: a shirt, a scarf, anything. It is also useful to have a bright-coloured cup too.
Also try to have something red on your desk: some flowers or a vase. It will defenitely bring you more energy!

ORANGE

orange

This colour is known to have healing effects. It is useful when treating heart deseases also improving the kidneys’ activity. Wearing orange clothes even around the housecan help you get away from sadness and fears, it prevents breakdowns and helps growing your apetite.

GREEN

green

This colour is anothe well-known healer. It improves eyesight and helps your body eliminate toxines. It also improves the brain activitythe information perception and the way you think. When there are green things in a room, everyone’s mood changes in a positive way. Green is also useful for the heart and lungs. Just one colour and countlessbenefits!

BLUE this colour reduces stress and helps you keep your emotions under control. It is useful when treating lung and stomach deseases by speeding the healing process and reducing pain. Insomnia can be cured by a blue lamp shade when reading. You can have the same effect by putting a blue carpet or other accessories in your room.

So next time you choose to buy some blue flowers or a new red dress remember that colours can have more power than you would have ever expected!
