Just let your mind evade from your body and let it find harmony. You&#8217;d be surprised to see how much good it can do you. Another thing which is neglected by almost everybody, is doing what your conscience dicatates. If you do this, you&#8217;ll be far less stressed and you&#8217;ll be taking responsability for what you do. Even if you don&#8217;t want to take responsability, it&#8217;s still a good thing to do, because the one person you can never get away from is yourself. If you have an issue with yourself, try to solve it by talking in the mirror. As dumb as it may sound, the results are great. Just look at yourself, and keep an oral diary, or just talk for a minute or two. Hopefully, you&#8217;ll find the time and willpower to do at least some of those things.
